PI65180: SQLCODE = -104 GENERATING DDL FOR SP REFERENCING XMLELEMENT

Error description

• When generating DDL for a native stored procedure containing
  XMLELEMENT, double-quotes are added to string XMLELEMENT,
  resulting in the following error:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL ""XMLELEMENT"".

  When NSP's are compared and the NSP body refers to
  an XMLELEMENT function, DB2 Object Compare inserts
  quotes around the XMLELEMENT. causing an erroneous
  syntax error SQLCODE= -104 / SQLCODEN104:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104,ERROR: ILLEGAL SYMBOL
  ""XMLELEMENT"". SOME SYMBOLS THAT MIGHT BE
  LEGAL ARE:XMLELEMENTXMLPI
