  though the user does not have sufficient authority to read the
  contents of the SYSIN dataset.

  Even though the user does not have sufficient authority to
  access the SYSIN dataset, the Batch Restart Program ADBTEP2
  still ends with return code 4 / RC4:

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.  The Batch Restart program
  ADBTEP2 will end with return code 502 / RC502 and the
  error message below when the user does not have
  sufficient authority to access the SYSIN dataset:
