PI64723: SQLCODE -650 REASON 22 WHEN EXECUTING AN ALTER TO DROP 'WITH DEFAULT' FROM A COLUMN

Error description

• When generating ALTER SQL to drop 'WITH DEFAULT' from a column,
  DB2 Admin Tool includes a 'DROP DEFAULT' statement.  If the
  table is referenced by a materialized query table or a view,
  then executing the SQL results in:
