Error description

• While processing some logical unload which select statement
  involves complex SQL expressions or WHERE clauses, the
  processing fails after having issued the following message
  INZU238E UNEXPECTED UNSUPPORTED SELECT
  UTILITY CANNOT SWITCH TO SQL PROCESSING
  REASON 0X30000 / 0Xhhhhhhhhhh
  
  This occurs because an expression or a WHERE clause cannot be
  handled in native due to a technical limitation.use cannot be
  PB45732
  

Local fix

• Run your unload with the DB2 FORCE option or consider rewording
  the expression or WHERE clause if possible. For example, if the
  WHERE clause involved a very big number of MYCOL = myvalue
  predicates combined with OR, consider replacing it by a single
  IN predicate.
