  indexes.  The analysis job abends:
     SET &UTTDSN  = &STR(DR&SUBSTR(3:4,).FC.DBNAME.TSNAME.DRCPY)
     IKJ56545I THIS STATEMENT HAS AN INVALID &SUBSTR RANGE OR
               EXIT CODE EXPRESSION
