Error description

When Contexts and Dependency Injection (CDI) Applications are
failed over from one server to another in a WebSphere
Application Server Cluster, the failed over application should
support injected Validator and ValidatorFactory Beans.

Cannot failover applications that inject Validator or
ValidatorFactory beans in CDI.

Problem conclusion

Code has been reworked to ensure that Validator and
ValidatorFactory beans support failover.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
