Error description

  • If a trigger that depends on a sequence needs to be dropped,

    SQLCode -478 SQLCODE = -478, ERROR: ALTER, DROP, OR REVOKE
    AFFECTING OBJECT TYPE
    SEQUENCE CANNOT BE PROCESSED BECAUSE OBJECT trigger-name OF TYPE

    ****************************************************************
    When a TRIGGER is dependent on a SEQUENCE, both have to be
    dropped (TRIGGER by dropping tablespace). The generated
    worklist firstly drops the SEQUENCE and the result is
    SQLCODE=-478 / SQLCODEN478:

    SQLCODE=-478 SQLCODE = -478, ERROR: ALTER,
    DROP, OR REVOKE AFFECTING OBJECT TYPE SEQUENCE
    CANNOT BE PROCESSED BECAUSE OBJECT >object< OF
    TYPE TRIGGER IS DEPENDENT ON IT
