Error description

• CONVERT with ONLINE(Y) can fail with RC=08 in ACBGEN
  We are trying to convert QF1P by using HALDB toolkit. The job
  failed when it is building QC1P and QB1P database. One of the
  PSB which
  is having QC1P and QB1P databases.

  CONVERT function dynamically allocates a temporary DBDLIB to
  build the DBD to be converted.
  When ACBGEN is performed in the takeover phase, CONVERT function
  dynamically allocates IMS DD with a temporary DBDLIB which only
  has the DBD to be converted and an original PSBLIB.
  If a PSB has both the DBD to be converted and a DBD which is
  outside of the conversion, rebuilding the PSB can fail with
  the following messages:
    DFS0929I BLDL FAILED FOR MEMBER --xxxxxxxx
    DFS0587I ERROR BUILDING PSB=xxxxxxxx
  Because the temporary DBDLIB does not have any DBDs which are
  outside of the conversion.
  

Problem conclusion

• IHCWTDB2 has been changed to add the original DBDLIB into IMS DD
  concatenation for ACBGEN.
