• When a virtual logical child segment without sequence field is
  updated during the reorganization, ORF job fails in the Apply
  phase with only the following message:
  HRF01560E SORT failed, Return code is 16

Problem conclusion

• When a virtual logical child segment without sequence field is
  updated during the reorganization, ORF job fails in the Apply
  phase with only the following message:
    HRF01560E SORT failed, Return code is 16
  This APAR modifies the program so that, when a virtual logical
  child segment without a sequence field is updated during the
  reorganization, the RBA mapping table for the paired real
  logical child segment is used to resolve the RBA of the virtual
  logical child segment in the Apply phase.
