Error description

• Potential exists for concurrent thread deadlock within IMS
  Connect Extension's ACEE cache management, where affected
  threads will enter a CPU intensive loop centered around module
  CEXVUSER. The deadlock scenario can be triggered by concurrent
  cache element update threads, where one of the update threads
  is attempting to perform a cache element rebuild (e.g. due
  to a password change) and the other thread is attempting to
  update or delete the same cache element.

  Potential for a concurrent thread deadlock within IMS Connect
  Extension's ACEE cache element management has been removed via
  serialization improvements in the cache element rebuild process.
