Error description

• BSY0340E - Loadlib dataset not APF authorized.
  received when dataset is APF authorized.  This occurs when
  volser is not returned for the load library on the locate call
  when the dataset is non-SMS.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The BSY IVP job may fail to verify that *
  *                      a load library is correctly authorized  *
  *                      when the data set was added to the APF  *
  *                      list using a symbolic volume serial     *
  *                      number. No other processes in IMS       *
  *                      Recovery Expert are affected.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The BSY IVP job may fail to verify that a load library is
  correctly authorized when the data set was added to the APF list
  using a symbmolic volume serial number. Message BSY0340E -
  Loadlib dataset not APF authorized may be issued when the data
  set is APF authorized.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to check for APF authorization in a
  different manner that does not require the volume serial number.
