Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS is missing GRANT in
  WSL for the partition-by-growth tablespace after the
  tablespace is dropped and recreated following ALT
  command on a table to remove a column

  ALT command to remove a column in a table which is in a PBG
  tablespace, the tablespace is dropped and recreated but the
  Admin Tool does not generate the GRANT statement for the
  tablespace.
