PI60117: HPU WITH UNLOAD PLUS SYNTAX SPECIFYING INFILE DDNAME INCREMENTAL

Error description

• When an unload with the UNLOAD PLUS syntax specifying INFILE
  ddname INCREMENTAL, the data is unloaded from the table space
  dataset instead of from the file allocated under the specified
  ddname and the message "INZU082W WARNING : CLAUSE STARTING AT
  (line, column) ENDING AT (line, column) IS NOT SUPPORTED BY HPU"
  is issued. The fact that DB2 HPU ignores the input file is
  misleading. AS DB2 HPU is able to unload the data from an
  incremental image copy, it should support the "INFILE ddname
  INCREMENTAL" syntax and unload the data from the provided image
  copy instead. As well, the INLINE suboption of FULL (i.e. INFILE
  ddname FULL INLINE) should be supported.
