PI59299: DB2 ADMIN TOOL HIGH LEVEL QUALIFIER OF DB2 UTILITY JOBS DATA SETS PARM, DEFAULT OF USERID WILL BE SET ON THE TCZ PANEL

Error description

• Prior to this fix, the High Level Qualifier (HLQ) of DB2
  Utility jobs data sets parm has no default. With this fix,
  the HLQ of DB2 Utility jobs data sets parm will default to
  USERID on the TCz panel during customization.

  DB2 Admin Tool does not clearly indicate what the default
  value for the high level qualifier (HLQ) of utility data
  sets that are generated for running utilities via UTIL/UT/UTL
  or other U.x line commands.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
  
  The field 'Utility data set prefix' has been renamed to 'HLQ
  of utility data sets' on both Product Parameters panel
  CCQPPRD and DB2 Parameters panel CCQPDB2.
  
  The field 'HLQ of utility data sets' on Product Parameters
  panel CCQPPRD is changed to have a default value USERID
  when it is blank.
  
  The User's Guide for Admin Tool has been modified accordingly
  to change both product parameter and DB2 parameter 'Utility
  data set prefix' to 'HLQ of utility data sets', and to indicate
  the default value USERID for product parameter 'HLQ of utility
  data sets'.
