  During the IBM Tools Customizer for Z/OS' customization
  process for DB2 Admin Tool, if the InfoSphere OCM repository
  database exists locally and the field 'DB2 location name'
  under the OCM integration task on the CCQPPRD 'Product
  Parameters' panel and CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters' panel is left
  blank, an invalid collection id with an additional prefix
  dot will be generated in the BIND PACKAGE statement for
  the job ADBCFGBD 'Bind DB2 Admin package on OCM repository
  database'.

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved to remove the extraneous
  prefix dot before the collection id in the BIND PACKAGE
  statement in the ADBCFGBD job and the DB2 location name
  is blank for the InfoSphere OCM repository database.
