  When customizing DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS, IBM Tools
  Customizer for z/OS does not provide a way to customize buffer
  pool names for creating specific Change Management table space
  objects that require the 16KB and 32KB buffer pool size, instead
  it uses fixed BP16K0 and BP32K as the buffer pool name in the
  following CREATE TABLESPACE statements of ADBSETUP job:
  
  CREATE TABLESPACE ">cm_tsname_prefix<CROL"
  IN ">cm_dbname<"
  BUFFERPOOL BP16K0
  ... ... ;
  .
  CREATE TABLESPACE ">cm_tsname_prefix<CVLN"
  IN ">cm_dbname<"
  BUFFERPOOL BP32K
  ... ...;
  

Problem conclusion

• The new fields 'Table space 16KB BUFFERPOOL name' and
  'Table space 32KB BUFFERPOOL name' are added under the
  category of creating Change Management objects on both
  Product Parameters panel CCQPPRD and DB2 Parameters
  panel CCQPDB2 to customize 16KB and 32KB buffer pool
  names for creating specific Change Management table space
  objects that require the 16KB and 32KB buffer pool size.
  If no value is specified in the field 'Table space 16KB
  BUFFERPOOL name', the default BP16K0 will be used to
  create specific table spaces that require the 16KB buffer
  pool size.  If no value is specified in the fild 'Table
  space 32KB BUFFERPOOL name', the default BP32K will be used
  to create specific table spaces that require the 32KB buffer
  pool size.
  Also, the descriptions for some TCz parameters are
  changed/added. Check Tecknotes: "A way to specify
  BP with Tools Customizer for the Change Management,
  Checkpoint & Catalog Copy databases" for more details.
