  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The following enhancement is            *
  *                      delivered:                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      The Totals Report contains the          *
  *                      overall totals of statements issued     *
  *                      and includes values from the Run        *
  *                      phase from each of the target           *
  *                      systems in a multi-target change.       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      REPORT_STMT_TOTALS='Y'                  *
  *                         The Totals report is produced.       *
  *                                                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      REPORT_STMT_TOTALS='N'                  *
  *                         The Totals report is not produced.   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      When the CM batch RUN job is            *
