Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Change Management function
  does not build a needed REORG job to remove a RW,AREO* status
  from a tablespace when
  Run REORG/REBUILD . . . . A (Mandatory, All relevant,None)
  was selected for a change of columns from CHAR(10) to CHAR(16).

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When making a change to tables, the generated APPLY Job or WSL
  may be missing a necessary REORG even when option 'Run REORG/
  REBUILD' is set to 'A - All relevant'.
  
  For example, the needed REORG was not generated when altering
  the column length of the table, which left the table space
  in REORG-pending (AREO*) advisory status after the Apply job
  is executed.
