Error description
During Node Agent Startup a valid LTPA token cannot be acquired by HA Manager to establish a connection to the Deployment Manager. This condition might be observed when the following setting are used in the security.xml: com.ibm.ws.security.ssoInteropModeEnabled=true com.ibm.wsspi.security.ltpa.tokenFactory=com.ibm.ws.security.ltp a.LTPATokenFactory|com.ibm.ws.security.ltpa.AuthzPropTokenFactor y com.ibm.wsspi.security.token.singleSignonTokenFactory=com.ibm.ws .security.ltpa.LTPATokenFactory
Local fix
Set the value of the security custom property of com.ibm.wsspi.security.token.singleSignonTokenFactory as com.ibm.ws.security.ltpa.LTPAToken2Factory. And Set the value of the security proerty of com.ibm.wsspi.security.ltpa.tokenFactory as com.ibm.ws.security.ltpa.LTPATokenFactory|com.ibm.ws.security.lt pa.LTPAToken2Factory|com.ibm.ws.security.ltpa.AuthzPropTokenFact ory. Note that the both values are the default value.

Problem conclusion
With this fix, the High Availablity Manager starts properly when LTPAToken is used for SSOToken. APAR PI56086 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.13, and 8.5.5.10 of WebSphere Application Server. In addition, sysroute APAR PI78848 will deliver the fix in WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Fix Pack 7.0.0.43.
