APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the COBOL runtime (SCEERUN) is in read-only memory
  (LPA/LINKLIST), a S0C4 can occur during a QSAM OPEN of a file
  that specifies RECFM=SPANNED & SAME RECORD AREA.
  

Local fix

• Add the SCEERUN dataset to the STEPLIB in the program's
  execution JCL.
