Problem conclusion


    

  • This APAR forward-fits the following ORF V1.3 APAR to DBSP V2.1:
- PI55093: Useless restart information remains when ORF job
          fails in data set verification
When ORF job fails in the data set verification process right
before takeover, useless restart information for the database
remains in the restart data set, which causes subsequent ORF
jobs that reorganize the same database to fail.
This APAR modifies the error handling logic not to leave
unneeded restart information in the restart data set.
