  When either old DBD or new DBD is generated by using IMS macro
  earlier
  than version 12, DBD compare fails with the following error.
    HRF01137E  DBD xxxxxxx compare error.  Reason is: Change
    HRF01000I  Verify input ended, return code is 20

Problem conclusion

• When either old DBD or new DBD is generated by using IMS macro
  earlier than version 12, DBD compare fails with the following
  error:

  This APAR fixes the bug which causes this problem.
