Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: 01.RDz users whose server is v9.1.1.1 or * * higher * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 01.RDz server gets frozen in a heavy * * load environment. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** 01.Thread pool processes in RDz server are created and stopped in a heavy load environment and an array to manage each thread pool process grows according to the number of the active thread pool processes. When a thread in RDz server tries to access the array entry for a newly created server, ArrayOutofBound Exception could occur in a heavy load environment and that makes the thread fall into an infinite loop.
Problem conclusion
01.RDz server code is updated to allow the internal process table accessed even if a new thread pool process is not completely started.
