Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved where an enhancement has been
  provided to allow job template ADBBIND 'Bind packages'
  to bind just DB2 Admin packages.  A new job template
  ADBPLANS 'Bind plans' is provided to bind DB2 Admin
  plans separately.
