• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' MIG function fails
  with a message:
  FUNCTION = ADB28M, LINE 2346: FTINCL ADB28CR
  RC       = 20
  ZERRMSG  = ISPF122
  ZERRSM   = Service error
  ZERRLM   = RC 8 from TBOPEN, ADB28CR record-134
  ISPD117
  The initially invoked CLIST ended with a return code = 20
