Error description
When creating a new or modifying an existing schedule in Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2.2 or even running a report with options and target a report configured for bursting, we are unable to send that report to Mobile recipients via burst. When we try to do so we get a message that states "You must select at least one Mobile recipient." In this case, we don't expect to include a Mobile recipient - this is defined as a list of CAMIDs in the burst options. This functionality worked fine in prior versions of the product, but was not able to work in any build of 10.2.2 (GA, FP1 or FP2). We were advised several other defects similar to this were logged but not anything for bursting.
