PI49040: IMPROVE 'FORMAT VARIABLE END' SUPPORT

Error description

• DB2 HPU allocates the data set containing the unloaded data
  (OUTDDN) of a logical unload with RECFM=VB while RECFM=FB is
  expected as the following set of conditions are fullfilled:
  - HPU APAR/PTF PI45632/UI30118 is applied
  - ULOPTNS (VUU030) specifies FMT_VAR_FB_IF_FIXED
  - the unload command specifies FORMAT VARIABLE END
  - the last column (i.e. the right most one) in the involved
    SELECT statement has a fixed length data type(which implies
    that the unloaded data of the unloaded record has a fixed
    length)

Local fix

• Instead of FORMAT VARIABLE request FORMAT USER () with OPTIONS
  LENGTH MAX.
