PI48545: IF TRANSTAT VALUE WAS MODIFIED TO Y IN THE DFSDFXXX PROCLIB MEMBER IT IS RESET TO THE MODBLKS VALUE IF A TRAN IS CHANGED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• HP SYSGEN keeps the MBLKS/RDDS and INCORE definitions in-sync at
  program and transaction update. This will be changed to keep
  the original TRANSTAT values in MBLKS and INCORE if a program or
  transaction update does not change the value of TRANSTAT.
  

Local fix

• None. A cold start of IMS will reset the TRANSTAT value to what
  is specified in the DFSDFxxx PROCLIB member.

Problem conclusion

• HPSYSGen will not update the  incore TRANSTAT value if a
  standalone IMS has TRANSTAT=Y  specified in diagnostic
  section in DFSDFxxx.
