APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Change Management function
  will apply a previous specified MASK if the follow sequence
  occurs:
  
  1. Change statement is imported using a mask.
  2. The change is deleted
  3. The same change statement is imported using NO mask
  
  and the mode used was TSO.
  

Local fix

• Use BATCH mode for IMPORT.
