PI47364: ISPF Active Sessions only shows up to 177 clients

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1.  Only the first 177 active sessions are displayed in the
  Active Sessions screen
  2.  User abend code 4038, reason code 00000001 occurs if
  hostname in repository is not resolved by getaddrinfo().
  

Local fix

• Summary of changes
  1.        Fixed ISPF client to correctly receive multiple
  buffers of session data.
  2.        Removed unnecessary assert causing abend.
