Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not provide solid
  instructions in the ADBBIND job of the failing messages
  to search on in case the BIND was NOT SUCCESSFUL

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the user submits the bind job      *
  *                      ADBBIND 'Binds', the job fails with     *
  *                      a RC 8 / return code 8.  It is          *
  *                      difficult for the user to locate        *
  *                      which bind statement is not executed    *
  *                      successfully.                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When the bind job fails with a return code 8, it is difficult
  for the user to locate which bind statement is not executed
  successfully.
  

Problem conclusion

• Guidance is added to the top of the bind job to introduce
  the possible DB2 bind error messages the user can search
  on to locate which statement is not executed successfully.
