• Closed as new function.

Error description

• 1.  No support of Password phrases for HWSJAVA0 client.
  2.  Unable to automatically set password case from external
      security manager configuration.
  3.  Missing useful configuration information in control event.
  4.  REXX samples require that the system is set up to use
      PassTickets
  
  Summary of changes
  1.  Added password phrase support, currently only for HWSJAVA0
  2.  Added new CEXCTLIN option PWCASE on SECURITY command
  3.  Added new APAR level 4 to event 00 with configuration data
  4.  Add support for userid/password to REXX samples
