PI46825: ABENDA03 IN THE COMMON COLLECTOR STARTED TASK

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A subtask ECB timing condition can occur during startup
  initialization causing the subtask DETACH to be bypassed,
  resulting in an exposure to the SA03 ABEND in the Collector
  started task.
  The DB2 Query Monitor Collector started task shares code with
  IBM InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP for DB2 and IBM InfoSphere Optim
  Query Capture and Replay (Note: all of these products also use
  the IBM DB2 Data Common Access Collector for Z/OS). Customers
  running these shared collector products may experience this
  problem.
