Error description
Enhancement: In UNLOAD PLUS format, add the support of USELRECL YES/NO when specified in the SYSIN. This option allows overriding a system-level default, and to use the LRECL specified on the DD statement that contains the unloaded data instead of the calculated LRECL. The implementation in HPU will use the DFSIGDCB settings for Unload Plus syntax as a default. The difference between the HPU and the Unload Plus behavior is that when the DD statement information is used, - HPU uses the LRECL, RECFM and BLKSIZE from the DD statement - while Unload Plus has a different parameter for the LRECL and for the RECFM. This behavior will be activated by a specific option in ULOPTNS. PB12836
