In UNLOAD PLUS syntax, the keyword QUIESCE is accepted in SYSIN
when specified without values, but QUIESCE YES or QUIESCE NO is
not accepted and an error message
INZU097E SYNTAX ERROR - UNRECOGNIZED ELEMENT xxx  FOR UNLOAD
BLOCK.
is issued when it is specified.

Local fix

  • Specify QUIESCE instead of QUIESCE YES as YES is the default.
For QUIESCE NO, there is no simple local fix.
