PI46003: OPTIONS FOR CNTOLCARDS CONCATENATED WITHOUT ADDING EXPECTED BLANK CHARACTER

Error description

• When the options for CNTLCARDS are split on more than one line,
  the values of the options are concatenated without adding a
  blank character.
  
  For example the following SYSIN:
  
  UNLOAD SHRLEVEL CHANGE
            UNLOADDN SYSREC00
            CNTLCARDS DB2LOAD
            'RESUME YES LOG YES ENFORCE CONSTRAINTS DISCARDDN
  SYSDISC'
            'SHRLEVEL CHANGE'
            ORDER YES SORTNUM 8 SORTDEVT SYSDA
            CNTLDDN SYSPUNCH AUTOTAG NO
  
  generates the following LOAD SYSIN:
  
  LOAD DATA INDDN SYSREC00
  RESUME YES  LOG   YES  ENFORCE   CONSTRAINTS   DISCARDDN
  SYSDISCSHRLEVEL   CHANGE
  EBCDIC CCSID(0273)
  INTO TABLE CB.I9DETKTB
  
  in which a blank is missing between SYSDISC and SHELEVEL.
