  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The parameters that are passed to the   *
  *                      data conversion program in a batch JCL  *
  *                      program are sometimes split in the      *
  *                      middle of a parameter assignment.       *
  *                      This split causes the parameter         *
  *                      assignments to be hard to read.         *

  The parameters that are passed to the data conversion program
  can be split into two lines and cause the parameter list to be
  hard to read.
