Error description

• ABENDS0C7 occurs in Batch Report program CQM@RPUT when the
  START_TIMESTAMP and END_TIMESTAMP values cover a period that is
  not in the DB2 offload tables.
  

Local fix

• Specify valid START_TIMESTAMP and END_TIMESTAMP values to cover
  a period that is in the DB2 offload tables.
