  truncated VERSION information results in DSNT238I
  REBIND ERROR PACKAGE  DOES NOT EXIST.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Program truncates version information before generating the
  REBIND statement. For example package version
  
  2008-07-22-06.45.06.352455-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-ABCDE
  
  will be truncated to:
  
  2008-07-22-06.45.06.352455-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-ABC
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved to generate a complete package
  version for the REBIND line command like the following:
  
  REBIND PACKAGE(2008-07-22-06.45.06.352455-XXXXXXXX-
  XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-ABCDE)
