The ++HOLD for PTF UI19186 incorrectly identifies a new ISPF
table member ADBDIORD, the actual name was ADBIDORD and should
    have read as follows:

After applying this fix, the user should perform the following
actions to recreate a sample default clauses ISPF table. If
the user does not want to apply default ORDER BY to the
product, it is not necessary to follow the following steps:

    1. If any site default settings has already been defined,
edit the SADBSAMP library sample member ADBSMORD to reflect
site default settings. This step is not necessary when no
    site default is applied.
    2. Delete any existing default ORDER BY clauses ISPF table
    SADBTLIB(ADBIDORD).
    3. Regenerate sample default clauses by running the
SADBSAMP library sample member ADBSMORJ, which will create
the default ORDER BY clauses ISPF table SADBTLIB(ADBIDORD).
