PI42245: MSG CEX5129W 8 CHARACTER USERIDS ARE TRUNCATED CAUSING 0C4 ABENDWHEN SELECTING SYSTEM DEFINITION CAUSED BY PASSING A NULL PARM

Error description

• In message CEX5129W eight character user IDs are truncated
  causing an abend S0C4 when selecting system definition caused
  by passing a null parameter. If the transaction code is not
  found to be valid, it is hard to figure out why.
  Summary of changes
  1. Pick up user ID from ASXBUSR8 instead of ASXBUSER
  2. Instead of a null parameter pass a null string when no model
     is provided.
  3. Add a new flag field to the 3E event TFLAG3 as a place to
     indicate why validation of the TC failed.

  This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1.In message CEX5129W eight character user IDs are truncated
  2.Abend S0C4 when selecting system definition caused by passing
    a null parameter.
  3.If the transactions code is not found to be valid, it is hard
    to figure out why.
  4.Flag EXPXMT_F1_CTLD not mapped in CEXCR62.
  5.Eight character transaction codes may be incorrectly rejected
    as including invalid characters.
  6.Valid HWS configuration may give msg FUN2226F Syntax error at
    line xx:  command HWS is out of sequence
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.Pick up user ID from ASXBUSR8 instead of ASXBUSER.
  2.Instead of a null parameter pass a null string when no model
    is provided.
  3.Add a new flag field to the 3E event TFLAG3 as a place to
    indicate why validation of the TC failed.
  4.Added XX1_F1_CTLD equate to CEXCR62.
  5.Transaction code validity checking is corrected.
  6.Removed incorrect positional requirement for HWS command
    when parsing configuration
