Error description

• A logical unload which SQL statement involves a Common Table
  Expression fails with a syntax error (msgINZU097E SYNTAX ERROR -
  UNRECOGNIZED ELEMENT WITH  FOR UNLOAD BLOCK.).
  
  For example, an unload statement starting as follows is not
  supported.
     UNLOAD DIRECT NO
     WITH CTE AS
     (
       SELECT C1, C2
       FROM   ME.MYTABLE
       WHERE  C1 = 'MYCRITERION'
     )
     ...
  
  Common Table Expressions are supported by Unload Plus. This
  should be supported by the utility (DB2 HPU/InfoUnload) as well,
  at least when the Unload plus syntax is used.
