PI41052: LACK OF SCQMEXEC DATASET COMPLICATES PARMGEN WORK FOR OMEGAMON INTEGRATION

Error description

• Omegamon's PARMGEN facility assumes the existence of an xxxxEXEC
  dataset (by default). CQM does not currently ship with an an
  xxxxEXEC dataset because it has no REXX scripts for the OMEGAMON
  integration.
  
  This lack of xxxxEXEC dataset complicates the customer's work
  with PARMGEN, so, to simplify things for the customer, Query
  Monitor should ship a xxxxEXEC dataset with a placeholder
  member.
