Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Change Management
  function issues a message:
  Unexpected triggered action.
  
  ADB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed
  Token number =     nn, Token = (.
  when the TRIGGER is defined with '!='.
  

Local fix

• Redefine the TRIGGER using '<>' rather than '!='.
