PI39848: DB2 ADMIN 'RST' COMMAND DOCUMENTATION ISSUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Admin Tool description for 'RST' line command says:
  'Restart a change in INITIAL, DEFINED or ANALYZED status'
  
  But on Page 984 of the manual in Table 31 the description is
     'Restarts the job that runs the change'
  
  The manual seems wrong and may confuse a DBA to attempt to use
  RST to restart a running change.

  The 'RST' line command on panel ADB2C11 is able to re-register
  the change if it is in INITIAL, DEFINED or ANALYZED status.
  The description 'Re-register a change in INITIAL, DEFINED or
  ANALYZED status' is more meaningful than 'Restart a change in
  INITIAL, DEFINED or ANALYZED status'.
