PI39847: RACF RETURN CODE IS NOT BEING RETURNED IN THE RSM FIELD RSM_RACFRC

Error description

• 1. No events x'3F' and x'40' when CEXAUTH0 doing ODBM security.
  
  2. Loop following the refresh of a datastore group if it has no
     datastores defined to it.
  3. CEX5189W message is issued for a correctly set up CEXAUTH0 if
     there is no EXITDEF statement for ODBMROUT which includes
     CEXROUT0 in the list of exits.   MSGCEX5189W
  4. Users report confusion over the relationship between the
     "Name" and "Password" fields on the Password Prompt panel
     CEXSQPWP.
  5. The RACF return code is not being returned in the RSM
     field RSM_RACFRC which has been available since IMS V12.

  This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1.No events x'3F' and x'40' when CEXAUTH0 doing ODBM security.
  2.Loop following the refresh of a datastore group if it has no
    datastores defined to it.
  3.CEX5189W message is issued for a correctly set up CEXAUTH0 if
    there is no EXITDEF statement for ODBMROUT which includes

  4.Users report confusion over the relationship between the

    panel (CEXSQPWP).
  5.The RACF return code is not being returned in the RSM field
    RSM_RACFRC which has been available since IMS V12.
  6.The support provided to pass the ICON events to a second
    copy of HWSTECL requires that the second copy product
    behave in a manner consistent with the HWSTECL interface.
    There are some products using the interface that do
    not conform to the interface rules.
  7.ODBM segment added to DSIB definition in IMS V13 service
    is missing from USERMACS definitions
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.Initialization code has been added to CEXAUTH0 to connect
    it to the event collector.
  2.The datastore counter is now checked for a non-zero value
    at the top of the loop.
  3.The parsing of the EXITMBR has been corrected to handle
    ODBMROUT and ODBMAUTH separately.
  4.Improve usability of panel CEXSQPWP and its associated
    help panels.
  5.Return RACF RC in field RSM_RACFRC.
  6.Changed the HWSTECL second copy routines to recognize known
    products that do not adhere to the interface rules and not
    call them to share in the ICON events.
  7.Added new segment to CEXCDSB USERMACS member.
