*                      dataset 2 ( UTIL_TEMPLATE_-             *
*                      RECOVERYDDN2_NAME) and is not being     *
*                      generated in the Work Statement List    *
*                      ( WSL ).                                *

Using the USRTEMPL format for RECOVERYDDN2_NAME, the template
is not generated in the WSL.
