the started task:
HLOS9999S Message formatter failed.  Message=HLOS0822I

This APAR addresses the following issues:
1.The following message is displayed in the Loader started task
when issuing the 'DISPLAY INTERCEPT,ALL'  Modify (F) command to
the started task:
HLOS9999S Message formatter failed.  Message=HLOS0822I
2.A consistent load job may hang if there are multiple tables or
partitions being processed in parallel and one of the tasks
encounters an error.
