Error description

• (COB V5.1) If a COBOL II program is called by more than one
  dynamic CALL statement from a COBOL V5 program, and these CALL
  statements contain both call-by-literal and call-by-identifier,
  then the program may abend with 0C1 in IGZEBST.

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL runtime library is fixed to properly prepare for
  dynamic calls when both call-by-literal and call-by-identifier
  CALL statements are used to call the same VS COBOL II program.
