  *                      Diagnostics text can be incorrectly     *
  *                      Duplicated at the end of the messages.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The IDCAMS messages being passed as
  Input to FRXORA81 were being staged to
  an intermediate buffer before being
  moved into the message buffer of the
  WTO.  The WTO message buffer was
  overlaying this intermediate staging
  Buffer causing an text to be replicated
  by the MVC instruction.
  

Problem conclusion

• The intermediate buffer area structure, MSGX is removed from the
  WTO processing and the WTO message area is built directly from
  The IDCAMS message buffer being passed as input.
